Drive east via PR-3 or toll PR-66 (~45–60 min from San Juan)
La Coca Falls — visible right from PR-191, no permit needed, first stop waterfall

La Mina Trail — 0.7 mi trail to the most beautiful waterfall in the forest. Bring water shoes — swim in the pool at the base must-do
